Derry kept up the pressure on Division Three leaders Cork with victory over Louth at Celtic Park on Sunday afternoon.
Shane McGuigan top-scored with 1-7 for Derry in their hard-fought, 2-10 to 1-9, victory over Louth at Celtic Park.
Derry only held a narrow, 1-6 to 1-5, lead at the half-time interval. McGuigan scored their goal, Declan Byrne had found the net for Louth. But Niall Loughlin’s second half goal made the game safe.
