The route for The Oakleaf Cycle Slam 2013 is as follows:

Day 1: The challenge will begin on Thursday 22nd August departing from Magherafelt GAC cycling through the Sperrins in South Derry and Tyrone before making the journey into County Donegal past the beautiful Glenveagh national park and Mount Errigal and ending the 88 mile journey in Gweedore, Co. Donegal.
Day 2: The 23rd August will be an early start as we head south along the Donegal coastline into Donegal town, past Bundoran and into Sligo town to rest up from the 96 mile journey at the Yeates County hotel at Rosses Point.
Day 3: The longest day of the tour will begin bright and early moving from the West coast to the East Coast through Fermanagh, Cavan, Monaghan, Armagh and ending on the shores of County Down at the foot of the Mournes in the impressive Slieve Donard hotel in Newcastle. Cyclists will enjoy the pool facilities after the epic 140 mile cycle and wind down in preparation for the final day on the bike
Day 4: The home bound journey from Newcastle to Magherafelt will be 70 miles, passing the outskirts of Lisburn around Lough Neagh and into Antrim before arriving back in Magherafelt for what will have been a tremendous 400 miles cycling in 4 days
